Welcome to the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration (ACJA) Forum, a website sponsored by the Arizona Supreme Court and the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC). This website allows you to view proposals for new and amended ACJA code sections. Registered users may also submit comments on pending proposals.

In addition, the Forum provides visitors with a single point of access to all aspects of the Arizona Supreme Court’s administrative rulemaking: from a database of the existing code sections to recent amendments to those sections, pending proposals and comments, and recent court action on code sections. The site also provides instructions for using this Forum in the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

These helpful tips will help you use the interactive features of this website:

  • Any visitor may view proposals and comments on this website, but to submit a comment, you must register and create a User Name and Password.
  • Registration requires that you submit your name and email address so that you can be contacted to clarify or follow up on your comment. Your email address will not be used for any other purpose. 
  • To register, click on "register" at the top of this page.  If you need instructions on how to register, please visit our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page.
  • Notification options for registered users who are logged in: 
    • If you want to be notified when any new proposal or comment is submitted, check "email me when someone posts to this forum." 
    • If you want to be notified when someone submits a new comment on a particular proposal, check "email me when someone responds to this thread."
