Use of Personal Information
Registration on the Court Rules Forum website and the creation of a User ID is required before a petition or a comment on a petition may be filed electronically.
The Court Rules Forum collects and uses your personal information to operate this website and to deliver the services you have requested. The Court Rules Forum also automatically collects information about your computer hardware and software, which may include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Web site addresses. This information is used by the Court Rules Forum for operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Court Rules Forum website.
The Court Rules Forum website will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law. If you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through the Court Rules Forum, this information may be collected and used by others.
Public Access to Information
Information and documents posted to the Court Rules Forum website are public records and subject to public access and disclosure. You should carefully consider whether certain types of sensitive information should be included in any document you file in the Court Rules Forum and include such information only when necessary and relevant to the rule matter. Certain personal and identifying information such as financial account numbers, dates of birth, social security numbers and names of minor children should not be included. The Arizona Supreme Court will not be responsible for redacting personally identifying information.
The Arizona Supreme Court reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in the sole discretion of the Court Rules Forum moderator.
